INPHARED2
INPHARED2 is the new home of the INPHARED resource, providing a curated, regularly updated set of complete bacteriophage genomes with associated metadata and genome quality information, including CheckV assessments and taxonomy generated using taxMyPhage.
Building on the original database, INPHARED2 provides an expanded and improved reference resource for phage genomics; the updated resource and analysis are described in our INPHARED2 preprint. It provides an easy-to-use online search function alongside bulk data downloads.
